Setting up protection with Family subscription

Hello @MKH
Is the subscription just under your account, with 5 licenses so you could share them with other family members? If so, from your end, from within your F-Secure portal, have you tried following these steps?

As @TVC15 mentioned, your family members should receive an invitation email. This email will contain the email address and password they need to use.
Here's a step-by-step guide for them:
- In the invitation email, click "Install Now." This will redirect them to download and install the app.
- After installation, click Login and use the email address and password provided in the invitation email.
- They will be prompted to change their password. Advise them to enter a new password and click "Change."
- Next, they'll need to confirm their account. Please have them check their email again and click the confirmation link.
- Once confirmed, they can follow the on-screen prompts to finish setting up the app.
