hi,

my current subscription (3 devices) expires in 30 days. Is it possible to downgrade my current F-Secure (after expiration) by simply entering a brand new KEY/LICENCE for Interenet Security ?

thx !

Andy.

    Hello @zer0siX

As @Ukko rightly pointed out, you are able to renew using a subscription for F-Secure Internet Security only, which does not include the VPN and ID Protection features, if you have less than a year remaining on your current subscription.

However, since you are currently using F-Secure Total, which includes the Password Vault feature, we want to remind you to export your password entries before making any changes to your subscription. This crucial step will prevent any potential loss of your saved passwords.

Please let us know if you require any further clarification or assistance. We are here to help you.

Thank you, and have a lovely day.

    Hello,

I am also only an F-Secure user.

If your key/license is not for the very old legacy IS, but for the current Internet Security, perhaps, this article is related to your situation: Renewing your F-Secure subscription with a code

However, if such an option is not available in My F-Secure account portal, you may need to seek help through official communication channels (or get support through the Community from officials).

I am not sure if there are any limits or restrictions on when you can redeem a code (like renewing before expiration of previous subscription or whatever changes can be there).

    Thanks!
