where is the install/ download button?

i had to reinstall my PC after a crash . I have a account here so i bought a new period for F-Secure VPN .

There is not one place i can reinstall it from!!!

i need help asap

    Hello,

    I think most of current F-Secure solutions are account-based.

    So, you will have to use My F-Secure Portal to log into your account and from there you will be able to download the installer.

    The place is: https://my.f-secure.com/

    You may dig Online Help / Guide as well - https://help.f-secure.com/ (it contains guides and how-tos for initial starting for supported platforms and type of solutions).

    Could you clarify if your experience is related to mentioned steps to sort it out?

    // also, I think that most of purchases somehow should be accompanied by email letter with instructions and URLs to download installer (if it is not expected to do via My F-Secure portal). so, maybe, another way is to check if there was something in your inbox.

    Do you see login form there: https://my.f-secure.com/login ?

    With two fields: email / password.

    What happened if you fill them with your credentials for account with subscription? Did you see there any portal with listed devices or buttons like "Add device+" or whatever thing?

    Or are you already logged in?

    At what step does the suggested instruction not work for your experience?

    In general, you need to download "installer" and run it in your system (as I suppose). The easiest way to get installer with already applied license is from My F-Secure Portal by logging into with your credentials (account with active subscription).
