BSOD Intel® Ethernet I219-V

Yesterday I suddenly got bluescreens and when I uninstalled F-Secure the bluescreens disappeared. The minidump files was pointing to the Intel Ethernet drivers and uninstalling F-Secure was the solution.
Now I thought I should try reinstalling F-Secure but the computer does not take up any license and when Im trying to open F-Secure on my computer nothing happens.
Am I missing something?

Hello,
Thanks for your response.
Sound as if installation is not completed at this stage due to lack of something; or uninstallation went not so smooth as should be.
It seems to install it and the icon is down by the clock but when trying to open it nothing happen and my computer wont appear in the license list.
Did you see a welcome screen like "Are you installing for yourself?" Or was there just a progress bar with no additional windows or screens when the bar was completely filled to 100%?
I think F-Secure UI is now pinned to WebView2 Runtime (KB article on subject), which should be installed automatically. Maybe there are some scenarios when it doesn't happen. Or for some reason this item is broken in some way. So maybe it makes sense to try using this instruction from KB article.
I think that since the license does not appear in the portal, then most likely the installation process was not completed. Just at the moment when the UI with confirmation and selection of the profile type (adult or child profile for kids, for example) should have opened automatically. But maybe failed to do so for some (unclear) reason.
Another thing to try is to uninstall F-Secure Total now via common way (like Windows Control Panel : List of installed apps : uninstall F-Secure entry). Then to use dedicated Uninstallation Tool (https://www.f-secure.com/en/support/tools) for further clean-up. Then to try install it again.
Note: using Uninstallation Tool may delete some other important parts like Password Vault's storage. You may want to go "Choose what products to remove" and uncheck Password Vault-related option.
Thanks!

Hello,
Yesterday I suddenly got bluescreens and when I uninstalled F-Secure the bluescreens disappeared. The minidump files was pointing to the Intel Ethernet drivers and uninstalling F-Secure was the solution.
Despite the fact that mentions of BSOD situations under some circumstances alongside with installed F-Secure solution, as well as around network drivers, have become more frequent in the Community (maybe I have also encountered a couple in my own experience), which may mean some compatibility problem and what would be better to fix, but this is not the main topic of your concern now?
Now I thought I should try reinstalling F-Secure but the computer does not take up any license and when Im trying to open F-Secure on my computer nothing happens.
So you tried reinstalling F-Secure, but the installation process did not start? It's like the installer executable can't be run?
Since of license mention - what is your F-Secure solution / package? Or did you mean that even though the installation is complete, the license is not "reserved" by this attempt?
With F-Secure Total, for example, you can use My F-Secure portal (my.f-secure.com) - where you can manage licenses and obtain the installation file. Which, then, should normally be run with Administrator rights. And the installer should show you 'success' window at the end (like launching actual UI).
Thus, it can be helpful to know at what step: "you can't open F-Secure".
Sorry for my English.
Thanks!

Thank you. I tried three different drivers from Intel and the same BSOD came up.
Yes it is F-Secure Total, I uninstalled F-Secure and logged on to my portal and deleted my computer from the license list so I could get a installation package. To get the installation package I chose my computer and got it. It seems to install it and the icon is down by the clock but when trying to open it nothing happen and my computer wont appear in the license list.
