F Secure now runs on Microsoft Windows Desktop Runtime 8.0.16. Can Microsoft Windows Desktop Runtime 6.0.36 be removed?

    Yes it can be removed from F-Secure app perspective. Note that Microsoft Windows Desktop Runtime is shared so any other application (not F-Secure) that may depend on it would stop working when removed.
