    Hello,

    It might be useful to know if you are using the same type of devices (same OS) and the same version of apps.

    If there is no difference here (like you both have the same version of macOS or iOS device, and the same version of F-Secure app), then does this Streamed TV service have any kind of account system? Could the reason be in the settings of her account?

    And then, how is the essence of the blocking displayed? Warning about VPN usage is shown or something else?

    There is no account on the streaming service - it is Svt-play - Swedish Televisions.

    The. Message is : Can only be seen in Sweden on certain programs.

    I'm embarrassed to ask, but are you also trying to watch the same thing?

    I tried to use svt play casually as from 'abroad' and also with VPN (SWE). I did not manage to hit any trouble with VPN and any notice that 'can only be seen in Sweden'. I do see notice about limitation when using it from 'abroad' and when trying to watch unavailable things for 'abroad' users.

    Their support article says that they do not support VPN and do not guarantee the site will work. However, I did not try to clear browse cache or whatever between attempts. So, I did not feel that they tried to prevent VPN usage as such.

    They do have debug page (https://www.svtplay.se/debug) - can you check that you both see 'SE' IP there?

    Could she try to use website with Incognito/InPrivate mode of browser (just to rule out any 'browser' profile related things)?

    And just in case that you have both chosen the same VPN protocol in Settings. Depending on the device or application version, these may be: Hydra, Wireguard, OpenVPN or other sets.

    Of course, if this is can't be interpreted in some way that the chosen program (stream, content) can only be viewed on a certain channel/program or within a certain program in Sweden, but available 'abroad' via used page.
