False Positive – Genome VST3 detected as "TR/Crypt.OPACK.Gen"

Hello,
We would like to report that once again, our software Genome — specifically the VST3 plugin — is being falsely flagged as a Trojan by your antivirus engine, identified as "TR/Crypt.OPACK.Gen".
This detection occurs immediately after installation, leading to the file being quarantined automatically, which prevents users from using the plugin as intended.
We’ve encountered similar issues in the past and were you've already whitelisted our software in the past.
Could you please:
Review and correct this detection in your virus signature database? Let us know if there’s any further information or steps required from our side to help resolve this quickly? Confirm once the false detection has been removed?
Thank you in advance for your support and responsiveness.
Best regards,
Ben TwoNotes
