Update Probleme

Hallo, seit einem Update habe ich immer wieder das Problem das, das Device Datenbank Update mit einer Fehlermeldung abschließt. Neustart und alles weitere bringen nicht. Ein Neuinstallation bringt nur für einige Tage ein Linderung bis der Fehler wieder auftritt. Beim Support piept es irgendwann am Telefon und die Leitung ist Tot. Bin Total Entäuscht. Bisher lief es immer einwandfrei.
