F secure subscription is current and I think an update was done recently but now Fsecure wont open and i am being asked to open it ……it starts and doesnt load

    Idem bij mij en als ik het forum lees bij nog vele andere problemen sedert de update van 25.3.

    Veel overgeschreven.

    Maar F-secure laat niks weten. Dat ze alles terugzetten naar de vorige update zodat het weer werkt.

    Intussen betalen we voor iets dat niet werkt.

    F-secure laat iets weten hoe het zit of wil je zonder klanten zitten.

    Nothing else shows up? Just won't open?

    And does not load 'user interface' or entire F-Secure solution is marked as disabled?

    Is reinstallation an option available to you? There is a guide which can be helpful: How to reinstall F-Secure TOTAL on Windows? (if your platform is Windows system).

    After normal uninstallation (via Windows Control Panel, list of installed applications) - you may try to use an additional tool: How to uninstall F-Secure products using the Uninstallation Tool for Windows? for a bit deeper clean up.

    Then a clean installation can give more information about. Such as: trouble is fixed; or still something is wrong.

    Otherwise, can you provide a little more background of your situation? Maybe some screenshots, version of operating system, if it is available - F-Secure solution name and its version and so things.
