Can't connect to the VPN on the iPad 16.7.10

On my iPad running iOS 16.7.10, the VPN connection doesn’t start. The app opens, but no connection is made. Other devices work fine. Can you confirm iOS 16.7.10 is still supported?

    This is an old iPad and no have ability to make update, only change them.

    One more question, do you have the same requirement for all your apps? May I use F-Secure VPN?
