Currently, this forum supports only English and Finnish languages. To assist you better with your issue, could you please provide more details? Specifically, let us know the device you are using (Windows, macOS, Android, or iOS), and the version of the F-Secure app installed on your affected device.
We recently released a new version of the F-Secure app, version 25.3, in early April. Please ensure that you have the latest version installed, and let us know if the issue persists.
If you're unable to update to the latest version, we recommend performing a fresh installation using the UI tool. Before doing so, please make sure to back up your Vault: Exporting Password Vault data. For detailed instructions, you can refer to the following links:
