F-Secure has changed how they handle product keys a bit, so you’re not alone in being confused by this.
Here’s the deal:
🔐 No More Visible Product Keys (in many cases)
If you purchased your F-Secure subscription directly from F-Secure/My F-Secure, you typically won’t see a product key at all. Instead, everything is tied to your My F-Secure account, and devices are activated by signing in, not by entering a license key.
✅ So, what can you do?
1. Use My F-Secure to install/activate
- Go to: https://my.f-secure.com
- Log in with the account you used to buy the subscription.
- From there, you can add devices, download the installer, and manage licenses.
- The install process will just ask you to sign in, no product key needed.
2. If you bought it from a store or 3rd party
If you didn’t buy it directly from F-Secure (like from Amazon, a retail store, or your ISP), then you might have a physical or digital key that you need to enter the first time.
In that case, look:
- In your email receipt from the seller
- On the card/box (if physical)
- In the confirmation page/email if it was an online store
If you redeemed it once into My F-Secure, the key won’t be shown again—from then on, it’s tied to your account.
