Hello rwilly,
In Scam Protection it will show you Ad blocker is enabled if on the left hand side in Browser extensions, they have been set up for the supported browsers you're using.
No need to buy an ad blocker, you can use the free version of Origin uBlock Lite browser extension (Chrome, Edge or for Brave in using the Chrome extension link). I have it set for Complete, it works wonderfully.
I believe for Firefox you can use Origin uBlock.
Otherwise, F-Secure's version doesn't really accomplish to much.
Kind regards.
