Central Dashboard Internet Security for all Devices

Dear f secure community,

as I haven't found any answer to my question with searches within the Internet or the f secure community, I'm trying my luck with an own question :)

Use Case: I have an Internet Security Subscription for five devices, from which 4 are in use. Now one of these devices - my mother's PC - found a trojan horse. Unfortunately my mother's PC is not within my reach but I wanted to know, what exactly was found and where exactly, as my mother is not able to tell me this.

Within our former subscription of BitDefender, I had a dashboard, where I could see all findings at any device which was connected to my subscription.

Is there any chance, that f secure has any similar feature and I am just too blind to find it?

Or do I have to have a different subscription / product or have I just to move along to another endpoint protection provider?

    Hello @madmath74

    Unfortunately, you are not missing finding those options. The only control we have in our F-Secure portal in that regard, is to view the installed devices, add a device, rename a device or release it.

    There are no remote commands as with Bitdefender, or to view any issues. You would need to have your mom send you a screenshot of the Quarantined trojan, or do a Team Viewer remote type session.
