Gaming abroad

I am abroad for work and for security i need my vpn on at all times, when i go to playing any online gaming, the vpn blocks the game how do i prevent this from happening?

    In order for us to give you the best possible answer we ask that you provide us with the following information:

    1. what operating system is the device you are playing on (Windows, macOS, Android or iOS)?
    2. are you using F-Secure FREEDOME or the VPN in the new app from F-Secure?
    3. what location do you use for VPN settings?
    4. do you play using a web browser or a specific gaming app?
