why is Content filtering not working

I was using content filtering mainly to filter social media and YouTube sites for my kids, I was working great but now has stopped. Facebook, reddit, instagram all load regardless of the filter status

    1. on what device did you experience the content filtering problem (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)?

    2. what version of the program do you have installed?

    3. since when did the problem occur?
