    We welcome you to our forum and thank you for your post.
    The message that appeared indicates temporary problems with the server connection. If it displays for a long time it is worth resetting the application.
    If the message still appears on your device install the application again. If that doesn't help then let us know. It will then be necessary to collect diagnostic data to determine the cause of the problem on your device.
