F-Secure Internet Security upgrade to total not working

I've created my account, but the subscription keys are not working. How do I resolve this? based off the forums its a common issue, and no answers.

  Thank you for the data you have sent me.

  I just activated the license from the codes on your account.

  Now please install the program on your devices following the guidelines under this link:

  Installing the product on your computer | Total | Latest | F-Secure User Guides
