Renewing with student discount

Hi,

My subscription for F-secure safe needs to be renewed by I am not being able to use the student discount, is it s that I can only use the student discount once?

    On the other hand, I just checked in the system, and your payment method was declined. Kindly check your email to change your payment option.

    Sorry for my reply. I am only an F-Secure user (their home solutions).

    Is your experience is about that campaign (?), if so (or looks like so) - perhaps - you need to contact your school, college or university (or something) to receive next year's code or instruction to renew your subscription with reduced cost price.
