Accidently allowed a web-site access whilst banking protection on Help required please

I was looking at my bank account with F-secure on and stupidly allowed a website access thinking it was HMRC, I cannot remember the site name. Does anyone know how I can now find that site again and block it? Any help would be greatly appreciated
