Application failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect??

After, essentially, overriding Microsoft objections to Freedome when downloading, this is where I hit a dead end. Any ideas on how to address?

  Please follow with the re-installation of F-Secure Freedome:

  1. Uninstall the program with our Uninstallation tool: https://www.f-secure.com/de_DE/web/home_de/support-tools
  2. Restart the computer
  3. Carry out the installation.
