Freedome can't connect to the server

Just bought and installed Freedome on Windows - clicked to open the programme and an error message 'cannot connect with the server' appears, then the programme closes immediately - any suggestions?? Thankas

    May I know what is the version of Freedome installed on your device and the OS of your device?

    Is there any other VPN Programme installed in your device?

    What Security Programme are you using?

    Does the connection issue happen with all the locations?
    Kindly complete Windows update if there is any.

     

    Do you still experience the issue?

    Hi,

    I have installed the version direct from the F-secure website, I assume this is the newest one.

    I have AVG and Grid-in-soft anti malware. no other VPN.

    I have only tried to install freedome on my windows laptop so far and cant get past the 'cant connect to server' error.
