Internet Security subscription => 2019, new PC, new install => redirected to F-Secure SAFE (no
Got a new computer. I installed F-Secure (not sure which version) and added my already active license which was accepted and the valid to 08/2019(unsure of the date) read.
Problem was that it didn't work properly. Updates were downloaded but not installed. Windows started complaining about it.
So I uninstalled everything, created a F-Secure account, tried downloading Internet Security and I was redirected to download and install F-Secure SAFE.
I cannot see my subscription under my account, I cannot add my license code to my account.
So currently I have 1 month valid license for F-Secure SAFE.
Can I add my old license to this or do I have to try and install the other version again?

I think that you do able to try next URL:

Where possible to find installer for F-Secure Internet Security (Direct URL).
Then it should be possible to add your licence-code with certain installation step or with certain place under user-interface.
Based on your description -> you tried to use F-Secure SAFE (Account is valid for SAFE or TOTAL solutions, but for Internet Security - not; And there are different subscription/licence code types).
It is likely situation (some places of F-Secure website will force to use SAFE instead of Internet Security; as more modern solution).

I think that with your situation -- it is good to try install F-Secure Internet Security (uninstall F-Secure SAFE and install F-Secure Internet Security) and to use your subscription for F-Secure IS.
