This really has been a terrible nuisance and a terrible waste of time!!

    I checked with our Product Expert on your above issue. It is recommended to contact our support via phone or chat along with the diagnostic report so that this can be investigated further.

    For the moment I am fine, but spare other people this very disturbing experience and maybe even losing their bookmarks.
