Website Secure or not

I have 3 websites, I want to know the website is secure and if not what should I do to secure this?

All website uses SSL. First website is hosted on Goody and remaining 2 are hosted in hostinger. On a daily basis when i browse those website then it shows request time out then after restarting my network then its opening. Is this some kind of security issue? I am so much concerning regarding this. Please help me.

I have attached my 3 website list please let me know if there I need to do anything?
