OK, One thing you could also do is to run the uninstallation tool after releasing the device licence from my.f-secure.com and then reboot and reinstall F-Secure Total again..It may cleanup the laptop… -

Hi! Thanks for the tip. I went and disabled protections one by one. Once "Cookie blocker" under Scam protections was disabled - everything started to work. So turned everything else back on…
