Issue:
Error "You have already used this code the maximum number of times" when trying to activate an F-Secure Internet Security, TOTAL, ID-Protection or Freedome VPN subscription code in My F-Secure Portal. What causes this error and what can be done?
Resolution:
Retail F-Secure Internet Security, TOTAL, ID-Protection or Freedome VPN codes can only be used once. It will activate the license number and subscription time on the My F-Secure account that it was used for the first time.
You can install these apps on other devices using the log in to your original account the code was activated.
