Cannot activate order for F-Secure TOTAL / Freedome VPN / ID PROTECTION - F-Secure Community

I received an e-mail with a link to confirm my account, but when I click on the link to confirm my account, I only get the message that my account is confirmed. Yet I cannot log in to my My F-Secure account to activate my subscription.</p> <h3 data-id="resolution">Resolution:</h3> <p>First you need to finish creation of your My F-Secure account in order to activate the subscription. Activate the purchase as follows:<br></p><ol><li>Open the F-Secure product order confirmation email sent by Cleverbridge</li><li>Click <b>Create My F-Secure account</b></li><li>Choose <b>You already have an account? - Login</b></li><li> Login with your account details </li></ol><b>Note:</b> If you do not remember your password, you can use the Forgot your password? -feature<br><br>After the account is created and subscription is activated, you are able to confirm your account.<br><br> <p>Article no: 000001157</p> </article> </main>
