Issue:
I purchased F-Secure TOTAL/ Freedome VPN /ID PROTECTION but cannot activate the subscription. I received an e-mail with a link to confirm my account, but when I click on the link to confirm my account, I only get the message that my account is confirmed. Yet I cannot log in to my My F-Secure account to activate my subscription.
Resolution:
First you need to finish creation of your My F-Secure account in order to activate the subscription. Activate the purchase as follows:
- Open the F-Secure product order confirmation email sent by Cleverbridge
- Click Create My F-Secure account
- Choose You already have an account? - Login
- Login with your account details
Note: If you do not remember your password, you can use the Forgot your password? -feature
After the account is created and subscription is activated, you are able to confirm your account.
