Issue:
OP has a good offer for F-Secure Total, but when I follow the instructions given I still don't get the offer to my account. I get error email in use.
Resolution:
Please contact customer support, most likely there is a need to delete your previous account to activate this new offer.
Note that if you have operator supported F-Secure Turvapaketti, you need to contact the operator you purchased the product from to have your account deleted.
