Issue:
Why only F-Secure SAFE is installed on my devices when I purchased F-Secure TOTAL?
Resolution:
F-Secure TOTAL is a combination product of F-Secure SAFE, FREEDOME, KEY and SENSE are bundled together. All these F-Secure (SAFE, FREEDOME and KEY) products need to be installed separately into your devices.
If you had an F-Secure SAFE account before and upgraded to TOTAL, you are required to install F-Secure FREEDOME and KEY separately.
