I've been using freedome since December 2018 on my pc and Android both of them were working well, in the middle of January the vpn would not connect! It will always display connecting, also the internet doesnt connect unless I turn off freedome. My Android is working fine with no problems which would be fine except that I have a year's sub with freedome and it would be pointless to pay a another company for vpn. Oh, I have already reinstalled the program.
I would recommend to uninstall using our uninstallation tool and reinstall Freedome on your computer to see if the connection works after the reinstallation.
