I have a 12 month 3 device subscription. I have used all 3, one on the phone, one on the tablet, and one on the PC.
I have had to fit a new hard drive to my PC. I cannot get the subscription code to work now. (I suspect this is because I would probably appear to be trying to install on a fourth device)
Can anyone help?
Currently every installation counts as a seat on your subscription. Reinstallation on a same machine would therefore use up one additionnal seat.
The product team is working on a better solution for reinstallation scenarios.
I'll also contact you by Private Message with more information on that matter.
I have subscription for 5 devices bought this february but I can't get the subsciption through. Can you send me the code again to my subscription email?
