I have used F-Secure Antivirus on my IMac for several years. When my account (supscription?) expired last week, F-Secure asked if I want to continue using F-Secure and if I wish to renew.....
I pressed "Renew", followed the instructions and payed Dkr 249,- and now I'm the owner of a useless Windows-version of your program...
Any suggestions ?
Most likely you have to contact direct F-Secure Support Channels:

And re-ask them about options (like 'cancel' your payment or clarify steps for getting Mac-version or so);
I able to suspect that such trouble based on meanings that:
previously (some time) F-Secure AV solution/packages was available for both platforms (Windows/Mac), but on current time only for Windows:
and renew (based on something) still connected to this; Even platform is Mac, where solution/packaged probably switched to SAFE:
But good to hear clarification from official F-Secure teams.
