Guests get a 10.20.30.x adress. Lan ip greyed out

When enabling guest WiFi the Sense router sets up a different ip-range for guests than the normal ip-range.
It always gives the guest WiFi 10.20.30.x with a gateway 10.20 30.1 but on my internal wifi its 192.168.71.x
It's not possible to change the lan-ip settings for the guest WiFi. It's greyed out.
Is it the same for everyone and what is the reason?
I tried a soft reset but its the same.
