in F-Secure Sense

Using my PC this evening and I had two notifications pop up.

Checked desktop F-secure SENSE app and it indeed shows that my subscription is expiring.

Android app all fine, showing that subscription is valid.

Check here on the forum and find that the router is now EOL since 31/12/2023!

I have received NO notification of this happening. Am I now not protected? If so why does the PC Sense app show that I'm subscribed until 2/2/2024?

Can you please explain the situation and what I need to do to reinstate or continue protection.

I have a separate (valid) subscription for Freedome on PC and Android.

    thank you for contacting us here on F-Secure Community Portal.

    F-Secure Sense has indeed reached its EOL with the end of 2023. This was announced in the following post in June 2023.

    As mentioned in the article, this means that after the end-of-life date, all security features in F-Secure SENSE Router will be switched off. The device will continue to work as a normal router, although we recommend that you replace it with a newer router model.

    As I can also see in your account, you have purchased F-Secure TOTAL, which protects your device.
