LAN and WIFI speed limited to 100 mb/s

Just setup my SENSE router since my old router was not capable of putting up with 1 Gb/s connection. During the setup my LAN to my PC was accidentally still connected and I decided to run speedtest.net and got a result of 650mb/s download and 700mb/s upload.

After the setup, the speed on both LAN and WIFI is limited to around 90-100mb/s on both download and upload. I have tested it with both Cat5E and Cat6 cables and without the security features turned on, but these do not change anything for me.

Already asked my internet provider and the speed of the connection according to them is 1 Gb/s down and up...

What is causing this limitation and is there anything that can be done to fix it?

    Dear @juhov ,

Currently Gigabit speed is only possible for LAN-to-LAN traffic. Most probably it is WAN-to-LAN traffic which is actually capped or limited by the CPU of F-Secure SENSE router.

Even though F-Secure SENSE has 1 Gbit hardware, it is not utilizing the the full capacity because the CPU of F-Secure SENSE router cannot handle the traffic fast enough. There is very little that customer could do to improve those figures. At the moment, we do not have active plans to introduce Gigabit support in SENSE for WAN-to-LAN traffic.
