Win 10, 64 Bit
No problem since 1 year with freedome perfect functioned
For 3 days no connection at all! To nowhere! It trys to connect but after some minutes no connection at all!
Looked every ting, every connectivity issue in forum and hep but no avail.
Can help any body at all?

Probably most useful step is to contact direct F-Secure Support Channels (for proper investigation):
Most likely they able to provide certified help (as designed);
But just as my own unofficial suggestions:
-- does there any visible changes (?!) - installed something or updates? or certain action?
Or troubles comes randomly at all?
-- did you try reinstall Freedome (or Uninstall/Install else one time)?
-- does FreedomeVPNConnection (Freedome TAP driver) with proper settings indeed?
and just.. as... does Freedome inform about something else (like "license still valid?!") and "try to launch Freedome" switched to "break" or it just freeze?
Can I have more information on this issue?
- Which location is used in Freedome currently?
- Have you tried using different locations and does it work?
- Do you have any other device and does this issue occur there as well?
- Is there any error message when there is no connection?

I uninstalled and reinstalled. I have got the message that the licence is transferred only. It doesnt freeze. It just says after some minutes that the freedome is of and no connection yet.
I have uninstalled before ESED NOD32 antivirus only.
