licence code rejected

Hello

I was using Freedome and had a 2 months license remaining, I received an F-S offer to buy a one year license with 30% off, I purchased it, receive a licence code from F-secure Cleverbridge by mail, this code is consistently rejected.

Pls help

License time starts from the first use.  In practice on should wait to be within the last 30 days to input a new license.

Hi,

 

You cannot stack Freedome subscriptions. If you have more than 30 days remaining your new code will be rejected.

good to know but what happens with my license ? good to go later ? after the  61 remaining days ?

just made a new clean install to use that damned licence, lost the 61 days Smiley Sad
