could not connect to the server check your internet connrction and try againg
Make sure Windows update completed without any pending updates and then try to reproduce the issue.
Kindly disable any anti-virus program or conflicting software( if any third party VPN exists) on your computer temporarily and check agian.
Should the issue still persist, may I ask you try uninstall and reinstall F-Secure Freedome?
