IOS 8.3

I've a big problem with F-Secure on my Iphone 6+ Version 8.3 // All the time a window telling me about a well known problem with IOS 8 asking me to reboot the phone. I tried this in vain several times, made a new installation of the App- no result.

On the IPad the software works properly??

In order to better understand your problem,  could you provide a screenshot of the error as well as the F-Secure product and version you are using.

You can try the following:

Remove the profile from settings > general > profiles

Make sure Safari is allowing JavaScript.

Settings > Safari > Advanced > Check JavaScript and try again.

Check for updates for Freedome and your iOS device.

Run Freedome and reinstall the profile.

If you are still having issues you may need to unisntall and reinstall Freedome.

It should be just below VPN and above Reset.

If it is not there then you have no profiles installed. Which would explain why Freedome is not working. Be sure to unable javascript, fully close Freedom and run Freedome again. It should prompt you to install the profile.

Thank you so much- in deed there is nothing, but I already uninstalled the App and I think that IOS automatically uninstalled the profile.
I´ll try it again
