Renewal problem

I renewed my subscription about 2 months ago but it's telling me that my subscription has expired and that my computer is no longer protected but I paid £25 for my renewed subscription? How can I sort this out because there seems to be a lot of people with the same problem. Please let me knou ow asap on my email adress - xxxxx@gmail.com
