After Robert O'Callahans blog posts and some really good discussions on some tech sites I am asking this questions:
Is he true saying "antivirus software vendors are terrible; don't buy antivirus software, and uininstall it if you already have it (except, on Windows, for Microsoft's)." ?
Should we really deinstall third-vendor antivirus software and only trust on Microsoft's security competence?
Is the classic Antivirus software really dead?
This is an opinion. And it is ok. But we live in a virus world. And we need some protection, a kind of "vaccination". In this case ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARES.
Computers, phones etc does not get ill, if they have enough protection.
