That people can help you faster please post always:

 

  1. Product you are using and operating system plus service packs if installed
  2. explain the problem and any possible workaround to solve it like done in your post
  3. if possible describe how to reliable reproduce the issue or what did you try to find the root cause e.g. disabling modules or features

please explain why my computer is not protected ,you previous reply meant nothing to me ,can you not see the problem from your end ??

Well there are many possibilities here on why your computer is showing as not protected. It could be due to old Database update, perhaps firewall was turned off, or even real-time scanning is turned off, or maybe the product is having some malfunction.

 

We are not able to see this from our end because it does not send data back to F-Secure. This is not how it works.

 

Since you have a problem on your F-Secure product, perhaps you could kindly give us more detailed explanation about the issue.
