Blocked site esu.eu

This past summer Browsing Protection started blocking the esu.eu site as potentially harmful. I would now need to update the firmware in some of their products I'm using so naturally I'm wondering what to do, not willing to take any risks with downloads. Could the warning be a false alert or is it a real threat? Help, anyone?

Re: Blocked site esu.eu

Hello JayJay,

It was a false positive and our lab corrected the rating a few days back.

We apologize for any inconveniences caused.

You can now proceed safely to your updates.

Thank you.

Best Regards

-Ben

Re: Blocked site esu.eu

Hello JayJay,

Our lab is looking into that to confirm rating and correct it if need to be.

You can normally submit this URL to the following address and provide a feedback ("Site owner feedback").
http://browsingprotection.f-secure.com/swp/?x=pA5UCNjtCqgJSX12LHExug
Once the form is filled correctly and sent, you should receive the reason of the rating for your site.

Re: Blocked site esu.eu

Hello Ben,

Thank you for your fast response. I'll wait for your news, hope your people can figure it out. For the time being I'll just postpone downloading any firmware updates from their site.

Best regards

Re: Blocked site esu.eu

Hello Ben,

That's good news, thank you very much! It's for hobby purposes only that I need those firmware updates, but for a hobbyist nothing is more important than "The Thing".

Best regards

JayJay
