Wi-Fi connection problems with F-Secure SENSE - F-Secure Community
<main> <article class="userContent"> <h3 data-version="7" data-article="000001425" data-id="issue">Issue:</h3> <p>Why is my Wi-fi connection slow, or drops?</p> <h3 data-id="resolution">Resolution:</h3> <p>Try to change the Wi-Fi channel to something else.<br></p><ol><li>Open <b>SENSE Router</b> app from you management device</li><li>Select <b>More </b>on the top right corner</li><li>Open <b>Settings </b></li><li>Select <b>Network</b></li><li>Press the <b>pencil icon</b> on the right upper corner, and now you are able to change the settings</li></ol> Now Wi-Fi Channel, and both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz network channels are visible and you can change between those.<br><br>If this does not help, please try <a rel="nofollow" href="https://community.f-secure.com/sense-router-en/kb/articles/5340-how-do-i-perform-a-soft-reset-on-f-secure-sense-router">soft reset on F-Secure SENSE</a> and if necessary, try a <a rel="nofollow" href="https://community.f-secure.com/sense-router-en/kb/articles/5331-how-do-i-perform-a-factory-reset-on-f-secure-sense-router">factory reset</a>. <p>Article no: 000001425</p> </article> </main>
