Error "You have already used this code the maximum number of times" when trying to activate an F-Secure SAFE, TOTAL or ID-Protection subscription code in My F-Secure Portal. What causes this error and what can be done?
Retail F-Secure SAFE, TOTAL or ID-Protection codes can only be used once. It will activate the license number and subscription time on the My F-Secure account that it was used on the first time.
You can install F-Secure SAFE, TOTAL and ID-Protection apps on other devices using the original account the code was activated in.
