Even if I first log in to My F-Secure, and then start a purchase from F-Secure portal, the order form asks me to log in when I enter my e-mail address. In My F-Secure landing page, as well as under "Order and Payments", the button says "Renew now" instead of "Buy now", and the URL I am directed is https://my.f-secure.com/portal/prepaid/upgrade/[some_numbers]. However, when I visit https://my.f-secure.com/portal/purchase/initial after logging in, I can actually change the license period. I made a purchase with 24 months as the license period, and on return to My F-Secure I was informed that my subscription was renewed. I am still baffled why on earth it is not possible to select a 24 month license period when renewing a subscription.

I've expired my 30 day trial, and now I would like to buy SAFE for 24 months. When I go to buy F-Secure SAFE, I can select a license period of 24 months. When I proceed with the order and enter my e-mail into order details, I get prompted to login to my existing account. After doing so, I am forwarded to My F-Secure. When I try to renew my subscription from there, I cannot change the license period. I can only change the number of devices I want to protect. How can I buy a subscription of 24 months without making a new account?
