In April 2016 I purchased a 12 month PREMIUM subscription for F-Secure KEY. I have KEY installed on two Windows PCs and two Android mobile devices. The Windows clients now say that I don't have PREMIUM and that I should subscribe. The Android devices say that I have PREMIUM, which is correct as I still have 7 months left on my 12 month subscription. I have tried to reset the Windows clients by renaming the user\AppData\Local\F-Secure\Pwmgr folder and restarting the client. I have managed to reconnect them by generating a code on one of the mobile devices. However, the Windows clients still say that I only have KEY FREE. Does anyone know what the problem might be?
