Well there are many possibilities here on why your computer is showing as not protected. It could be due to old Database update, perhaps firewall was turned off, or even real-time scanning is turned off, or maybe the product is having some malfunction.
We are not able to see this from our end because it does not send data back to F-Secure. This is not how it works.
Since you have a problem on your F-Secure product, perhaps you could kindly give us more detailed explanation about the issue.
